Mom Educational Support Groups

Starting July 2024 in-person (and virtual) in Hamilton, MA with Eileen Livermore, RN, IBCLC, Fair Play Facilitator

• I have trained and learned with Nurture by Naps to be a certified leader to continue their mission to help bring education and support to moms everywhere.

• These groups will provide education, humor, validation, and connection to moms who are in the trenches like you.

• 8 week series focusing on mom’s postpartum physical and mental health, newborn essentials, basic sleep training, navigating changes in relationships and incorporating the Fair Play Method, CPR refresher, and more!
